Method
Puff Pastry
- Roll out the puff pastry and cut it into rectangles of similar size.

CiberCuba - Preheat the oven to 180 °C.
- Place the rectangles on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and bake for 15 to 20 minutes, until golden and crispy. The time may vary depending on your oven.

CiberCuba - Remove them from the oven and let them cool.
- Carefully cut each rectangle in half lengthwise (horizontally) to obtain the layers, without breaking them. Set aside.
Assembly
- Have the pastry cream ready: you will need 2 cups.

CiberCuba - Place the first layer of puff pastry on a tray, sprinkle it with powdered sugar and cover it evenly with pastry cream. The sugar helps the cream stick to the puff pastry.
- Add the second layer of puff pastry and repeat: powdered sugar and cream.

CiberCuba - Finish with a third layer of puff pastry as a lid and sprinkle generously with powdered sugar.
- Trim the edges of the señoritas with a bread knife so they look more even and refined.

CiberCuba - Serve and enjoy. Bon appétit!
