Method
- Lay out the chicken fillets and season them to your taste. If you wish, let them rest in the refrigerator for about two hours so the seasoning penetrates better.

CiberCuba - Stuff each fillet with 2 tablespoons of cream cheese and a few leaves of fresh spinach, previously washed.
- Roll the fillet carefully so that the filling does not come out.

CiberCuba - Beat the egg in a dish and put the breadcrumbs in another.
- Pass each roll first through the egg and then through the breadcrumbs. If you like a very crispy crust, repeat the operation.

CiberCuba - Heat the oil and fry the rolls over medium-low heat, so that the crust does not burn before the inside is cooked.
- Turn them approximately every two minutes until they are golden on all sides and well cooked inside.
- Remove them from the oil and place them on absorbent paper.

CiberCuba - Serve them very hot, with vegetable salad or white rice. Enjoy!
