Chicken soup is a dish of international cuisine, as it is present in almost all cultures. It is one of those recipes that has a thousand versions and to which everyone adds their distinctive touch.
In Cuba, we eat it on any occasion, but especially when we have a cold, when we are recovering from some digestive problem, or when we want a light meal at night. This version is a dish of resourcefulness: it is made with the chicken carcass and wings, root vegetables, vegetables, and some noodles that give it the final touch.

Method
- Wash the root vegetables and vegetables, peel them and cut them into cubes.
- In the pressure cooker, with a little oil, brown the previously crushed garlic.
- Add the chicken carcass and wings, stir and incorporate the root vegetables and vegetables.
- Add salt, pepper and cumin, and sauté over medium heat for 5 minutes.
- Cover everything with water, close the lid and, when it starts to sound, lower the heat and let it cook for 15 minutes.

CiberCuba - When the pressure cooker has lost pressure, open it. Remove 500 ml of broth and reserve it for other preparations. If you like, also remove some of the root vegetables and vegetables for a warm salad.
- Remove the carcass and wings and let them cool on a plate. Shred the chicken, discard bones and skin, and reserve the meat chunks.

CiberCuba - Put the pot back on the heat, this time uncovered, with the broth and remaining vegetables. When it comes to a boil, add the noodles and cook them for 3 to 5 minutes.
- Incorporate the chicken meat chunks, stir well and let the soup thicken to your liking.

CiberCuba - Serve very hot, accompanied if you like by a thin slice of lemon.
