Method
- Blend the hot dogs, onion, and 2 of the hard-boiled eggs well.

- When the paste has the density you like, season with salt and pepper and add a few drops of hot sauce.
- Serve with soda crackers, saltine crackers, toasted bread, or snack bread. If you wish, decorate with grated hard-boiled egg on top and a touch of pepper if for adults.
