Method
- Peel and clean the prawns well. Remove the central vein (the intestine) with the tip of a knife and set them aside.
- Place a large pot with water on the heat and add a little salt and a splash of olive oil.
- When the water comes to a boil, add the spaghetti and cook for the time indicated on the package.
- Meanwhile, in a wide frying pan with a little olive oil, sauté the finely chopped onion over medium heat.
- When the onion is translucent, add the chopped garlic and sauté everything together for a few minutes until it takes on color.
- Add the prawns to the sofrito, sprinkle with a pinch of salt and pepper and cook for 2 or 3 minutes, stirring occasionally.

CiberCuba - Add the white wine and let the alcohol evaporate, about 2 or 3 more minutes.
- When the wine has reduced, add the cooking cream, mix well and cook for a few minutes over low heat.

CiberCuba - Drain the spaghetti and transfer them directly to the frying pan with the sauce. Mix well so the flavors integrate.
- Add the grated cheese and stir again, with the heat on, for a few more seconds.

CiberCuba - Serve immediately and sprinkle with a little oregano or fresh chopped parsley. Ready to enjoy!
