Tamal en cazuela is made with tender corn, which gives it that characteristic thick, creamy consistency. Corn flour, on the other hand, is made from dried corn and results in a more sandy and dry texture in the mouth.
Small pieces of marinated and fried pork meat are added to the tamal. Enjoy this delicious dish and bon appétit!

Method
- Cut the pork meat into cubes, season with salt and pepper, and add the crushed garlic and a little lemon juice.
- Heat some of the oil in a pot and sauté the meat, stirring, until it releases its fat and begins to brown.
- Add the rest of the oil, stir well, and incorporate the onion, ají, tomato sauce, and dry wine.
- Let it boil over medium heat for a few minutes.
- Add the ground tender corn and stir well so that all ingredients are integrated.
- Pour in the broth or water and continue mixing until the corn begins to thicken.
- Cover the pot and cook over medium heat for about 35 minutes, stirring from time to time so it does not settle at the bottom or form lumps. It should be creamy with an intense flavor.

CiberCuba - Before finishing, adjust the salt and pepper, and if you like, add a few drops of hot sauce.
- Serve the tamal freshly made.
