Pastelitos, also called pies or tartlets, are almost always prepared with shortcrust pastry. They are very common in international cuisine and frequently appear on the Cuban table. Although on the Island we usually use this dough for sweet preparations, today we bring you a savory, delicious and easy-to-make version.

They are ideal for receiving guests at home or to take to a party and surprise everyone with a delicious taste of Cuba.
