Method
- Have all ingredients prepared in advance: this dish is cooked over high heat, stir-frying and incorporating everything without stopping. Respect the order in which they are added so that each element ends up at its point.
- Cut the pork and chicken into cubes, season with salt and pepper and set aside. Season the shrimp with salt and pepper as well and set aside.
- Wash the soybean sprouts, drain them and set aside. Wash the vegetables and cut them into fine julienne. Cut the ham into small cubes, the chives very finely and chop the garlic and ginger well.

CiberCuba - Put the wok over high heat, add the oil and, when hot, stir-fry the garlic and ginger.
- Incorporate the pork first and, when it turns white, add the chicken.

CiberCuba - Three minutes later, add the bell peppers, guindillas peppers and onion. Stir-fry so that the flavors integrate and the heat distributes evenly.

CiberCuba - Without stopping stir-frying, add two thirds of the ham, the shrimp and the chives. When the shrimp change color, incorporate the white rice and mix well.

CiberCuba - Add the soy sauce and continue stir-frying.
- In another pan, make an omelet with the eggs, cut it into cubes and incorporate it into the rice along with the Chinese bean sprouts.

CiberCuba - When everything is well integrated, taste for salt. Keep in mind that the soy sauce already provides quite a bit, so do not add more until the end. If you want a more intense flavor, add more soy sauce to taste.
- Incorporate the finely chopped leek and the rest of the ham, mix well and let rest for a few minutes.

CiberCuba - Stir-fry one last time and serve immediately, with soy sauce on the side so that each person can add it to their taste.
