Method
- Season the beef with salt and pepper, add cumin and oregano to your taste and let it rest for a few minutes while you prepare the rest of the ingredients.
- Wash the potatoes and carrots, peel them and cut them into cubes or rounds of similar size.

CiberCuba - Cut the onion into julienne, crush the garlic, cut the pepper into brunoise and chop the tomatoes.
- Place a pot over medium heat with the oil. When hot, add the garlic to brown and perfume the fat.
- As soon as the garlic starts to brown, add the meat and stir frequently so it browns evenly.
- When the meat begins to change color, add the onion, tomato and pepper. Stir and let cook over medium heat for about 5 minutes.

CiberCuba - Add the potatoes, carrots and bay leaf.
- Cover everything with the broth (or water) and tomato sauce and mix well. If you like, add a pinch of sugar to regulate the acidity of the tomato.

CiberCuba - Cover the pot and let cook for about 20 minutes. Watch that the meat does not dry out; if necessary, add more broth.
- When the potatoes are soft, remove the stew from the heat and let it rest covered, without stirring, so that the potatoes and carrots do not break. Remove the bay leaf.
- Serve garnished with finely chopped chives, leek or wild garlic. Enjoy!
