Method
- Wash and drain the Swiss chard well. Cut it into thin strips and then make some crosswise cuts so the strips are not too long and do not feel unpleasant in the mouth.

CiberCuba - In a pot, bring 2 cups of water to a boil. When it reaches a rolling boil, add the Swiss chard and raisins, and season with salt to taste.
- Let them boil for 5 minutes, drain them using a colander (save some of the cooking water), and set aside.
- Cut the onion into fine julienne strips and sauté it in a pot with the oil over low heat.

CiberCuba - When the onion begins to become translucent, add the reserved Swiss chard with the raisins and mix well so the ingredients integrate.

CiberCuba - Add the cooking cream, stir, and let it reduce until it reaches your desired consistency. Adjust salt and pepper as needed.

CiberCuba - If the cream becomes too dry, add a little of the water in which you boiled the vegetable.
- Serve hot with grated cheese to taste, a drizzle of oil on top, and, if desired, a little sesame seeds to give it a crunchy touch.
