Mustard-roasted chicken is an easy and quick recipe to make, one of those that saves any lunch or dinner at home. Mustard is a sauce made from small seeds of the same name; its cultivation is quite ancient and it is believed to originate from the Afghanistan region. It combines wonderfully with poultry, and perhaps that is why these roasted chicken thighs are so delicious. Enjoy!
