Ingredients

Method

  1. Clean the squid well, discarding the tentacles, the quill, the skin and everything inside.
  2. Place a griddle over the heat, add a tablespoon of oil and start placing the squid on it.
  3. Keep the heat low and turn the squid on both sides, avoiding burning them. No more than 2-3 minutes per side.
  4. Just as you remove them from the griddle, sprinkle them with salt.
  5. In a bowl, pour the rest of the oil and add the garlic and parsley, chopped as finely as possible. Mix everything well until you achieve a homogeneous mixture.
  6. Place the squid in a serving dish and pour the oil with the garlic and parsley over them.
  7. Serve hot.
