Eggs are one of the foods we Cubans miss most at breakfast, due to the scarcity on the Island. Despite that, many of us, whenever we can, have fried eggs or a good cheese omelette, ham omelette, or plain omelette for breakfast.

This simple recipe serves you for a breakfast or for a light and easy-to-prepare lunch.
