Chicken fricasé is a very common dish on the Cuban table. This version is very rich and has a different touch from the traditional one, because it includes butter and beer.
Some ingredients may vary according to each cook's taste, but there are three almost mandatory in a good Cuban fricasé: chicken, tomato sauce and potatoes. Yes, potatoes, because there is nothing like sinking the fork into a potato from the fricasé.
