Ingredients

Method

  1. Cut the oranges in half, remove the pulp, and set aside the halves to fill with custard later.
  2. Clean the orange pulp, cut it into small pieces, and set them aside to incorporate into the custard later.
  3. Dissolve the custard mix (or cornstarch) in two cups of milk and bring to a boil over medium heat, stirring constantly to prevent lumps from forming.
  4. When it begins to boil, add the remaining milk and the cup of sugar. Cook over medium heat until thickened.
  5. Remove the custard from the heat, add the chopped pulp, and mix well.
  6. Fill the orange halves with the custard and top with a little caramel. Enjoy!
